Dr. Flick firmly believes in the power of collaboration between the therapist and the patient. This collaboration is not just a shared effort, but a shared curiosity where both Dr. Flick and the patient embark on a path of discovery together. Her practice creates a supportive environment where children, adolescents, parents, and couples can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.

Dr. Flick places an emphasis not only on understanding the underlying reasons behind experiences or actions but also on providing practical, actionable ideas. Therapy should extend beyond our sessions, empowering patients with tools and strategies to make meaningful changes in their lives. This balanced approach ensures that patients are not just heard and understood, but also guided towards positive, tangible outcomes in their worlds.
